Note: You will not be charged until this trip reaches the tipping point (at least 45 people needed to book). Your purchase with Rally includes ALL transportation between TX and DC. It does not include your hotel stay. We have a block of DOUBLE occupancy rooms reserved at the Holiday Inn Express Richmond Airport at the special rate of $99/per room, or $49.50 per person + tax. Payment for rooms is due upon check-in.
